Maguire House Plan - The details on the façade of the house begin with an enormous round-headed window above the entrance. They continue with the delicate molding above the double-hung windows and they are topped off by a canted bay window with attached crown molding. Houseguests can enter through the French doors leading into the living room. Once inside, the home buyer will appreciate the two-story family room heading to the serving bar in the kitchen. The second floor is highlighted by an optional bedroom/loft that overlooks the family room.
