Langston House Plan - The Langston plan is a ranch style home with beautiful stonework and a cottage feel. A formal dining room is to the left of the foyer which leads straight into the living room, separate breakfast area and traditional peninsula kitchen. Two bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom are on the right wing of the home. The master suite on the left wing has a tray ceiling detail, walk-in closet and master bath with his-and-her sinks. The optional second floor includes a large bonus room with a walk-in closet and full bath, ideal for a private guest suite.
